From the bus stop opposite Shell Station and Trinity Christian Centre, enter building via stairs next to the bus stop.  Blk 69 is on the right.  Look for Lobby 3 lift to 06-32 

Direction for Vehicles

From Paya Lebar Road, turn left into Ubi Ave 3 and left again to Ubi Road 1.  Enter Oxley Bizhub basement carpark toward loading and unloading bay, turn left after entering the carpark, to blk 69, Lobby 3 lift and to 06-32 or turn into L1 carpark entrance and drive to the end of the block, turn right and park in front of canteen and enter via pedestrian route.
